Had an appointment to get new tires put on my pickup on a Saturday, all instructions were left by the salesman and I dropped it off Friday evening. I called in around 11am on Saturday and asked if my pickup was ready and was told door was locked could get to it. I asked him to read the notes and all instructions were on the work order to get it done, and then I was told, not going to get it don, and acted like it was my fault. I've purchased tires and had oil changes there for several vehicles, multiple times a year, over the last few year, and nothing could be done. I know I'm small time but at least I could have received an apology and mybe offered to reschedule?? I took my time to drop off my pickup and then I had to go pick it up again, without the tires I needed. Update: Terry called me the next Monday morning, apologized arranged to come and get my vehicle so i would have to make another trip to the store, change the tires, filled out my rebate and sent it in. I ran over what looked to be a fiberglass rod and sadly it was sticking out of my side wall. I went to a different company first, mainly due to location, and was told I would need to replace the whole set of one year old tires because my vehicle is all-wheel drive. I went to Fargo Tire and the gentleman at the counter came outside, examined my tire, pulled out the item and tested my tire. It was not punctured. He didn’t even charge me for his time. Saved me over $500. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you for the great service!!

After being turned away at Walmart for swollen lug nuts (which I understand is a very real problem), I went to Fargo Tire and was immediately helped - new tires and lug nuts - and was in and out in 45 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the service!
