Corwin Collision and Glass

Truck was left filthy with white hand prints, overspray and tape. Check engine light was on at pick up, even though I was told twice that every vehicle is scanned in and before check out. Had a mix of new and old codes. Which invalidates that claim. Windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but left empty. I filled it myself, but the light stayed on. Found the plug tucked over other wires and hanging. Everyone seems stressed out and rushed, which seems to impact all areas of customer service. As a repeat customer of other Corwin products, it's extremely disappointing.

Very poor quality of paint finish on several panels that were painted by Corwin Collision. From orange peel, fish eyes, poor gap consistency on fenders to door and hood, several panels with missing hardware. I brought my concerns to the manager, he stated this is as good as its going to get. My vehicle is not in as good or better condition than before the repairs. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere if you value quality workmanship.
