I am new to Winston Salem and was a little concerned about the best place with integrity to take my car to. I searched online for some days and felt that Jackson auto Worx would be good to try out since they are approved by BBB. I made a call to them and spoke with Scott who was really professional and helpful. I had my car fixed and the customer care was on point. Everyone at this repair shop are really nice and they do the best job for you which will make you to trust their knowledge and expertise. I will definitely return to this place. Our ‘14 V6 Dodge Durango started ticking a while back. My wife drives it up the mountain to work everyday and more. I did some homework and knew it would be a pricey fix so I made some calls. I spoke with Scott and explained to him my situation. He listened to me and promptly answered all my questions in a very open and honest manner and kept me updated daily until the problem was resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience! Just changed the oil for the first time since the repair and it is still sounding like the day we bought it.
