Mrs. Richie, I assume you are the owner of Richies as Darryl told me he had a great boss who owned 17 (I think) wreckers. I am writing to you to tell you that Darryl is a true asset to your team and worth every dollar you pay him (and more)! I was traveling with my family from Charleston, SC to Newport News. While exiting on Hy. 4 and I-95, my brake caliper came loose and locked up with the wheel. We were unable to remove it from the off ramp. Darryl was quick on getting my car on the wrecker and we headed down to the Ford dealer 7 miles away. Since my car was a Nissan and not a Ford, he suggested I take it to Firestone as he knew I was under a time-crunch and they might be able to service the vehicle faster. He looked up the number for me and I called and they were able to take of me within the hour. I was stranded on 64 E. bypass contacted AAA and a towing service was dispatched. Richies towing service responded with rollback, loaded vehicle and delivered to repair Night shop safely. The driver was very professional. Very good job. I would recommend Richies anytime.

I locked my keys in my car while I was at work and called for roadside assistance. Well let me tell you, they were there in less than 30 minutes, the gentleman was very nice and professional and I was on my way home!!! If you ever have car trouble call Richie's. The best especially with timing.
