Regret picking this place!!!! Horrible customer service. I had to keep calling to find out when my truck was ready. When I went to pick up my truck, parts were missing, the paint job was horrible. The truck had scratches that were not there before, they messed up the electrical system and now my car will not remote start or unlock properly. The owner was condescending, and dismissive, told me to take it back to the dealership, for something his incompetent staff messed up. Watch out for this people, part prices, if they break something they feel it is ok to send the customer to get it fix.

Great companies do great work! Had me in and out in less than 72 hours with an exceptional “Job well done”. Front bumper and spoiler looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. Service: Painting

As previously said, had a Great experience overall, I Thought I had to take my car back but didn’t have to. I realized that I didn’t have a problem and that it was a overlook on MY behalf. I felt really dumb! I will bring my car back if needed in the future and will definitely recommend CarStar to anyone who needs their service. Thanks again for everything.
