They are a great team and I didn't wait long for and alignment bc they work as a team which is a great achievement on the part

I have used Alignment Service for wheel Alignments on my Class 8 trucks for several years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Waste of time. I called for an alignment based on a recommendation from the place that did my tires. I was given a fair price and a time for me to show up and get the work done. I asked if they needed any information from me and was told "No, just be here at 1:00 (the next day) and we'll get you taken care of". I assumed this meant I had an appointment and, given the the other reviews, that they were a competent business capable of managing a schedule. When I arrived (on time) I was told by the man behind the counter who couldn't be bothered to put his personal speakerphone call, or his chicken wings, on hold, that they didn't have time for me. I told him that I had called the day before and was told to bring my truck in at 1:00. His reply "oh that's why we don't make appointments". So I took time out of my day and off of work for nothing other than to write a review on Google and sit in bewilderment at why many local business can't understand why they are not frequented. I tried
