On October 12, 2021 I made an appointment to have my oil changed on October 20 of 2021 which was exactly one week later. I spoke with Mike, the owner. I made the appointment for early in the day, for 8 AM. And I made that appointment solely because I was told by Mike, on the phone that it would take less than an hour and that I’d be able to make it to work on time. So I get there today, 7:50 AM, the owner, Mike, walks outside, I explain to him that I made an appointment to have my oil changed at 8 AM. He asked me if I would be waiting. I told him I would be and that I was told on the phone it would take less than an hour and that I had to be at work by a certain time, which is why I made the appointment in the first place. The vehicle sat for an entire day and the shop closed early on Friday and neglected to inform me that they hadn't gotten to it. I understand them not getting to it, but they could've called and told me after promising an update that day. Monday morning rolls around and they call me and say they think it jumped timing (we already knew that) ask if they can pull the spark plugs and perform a compression test for a total of $200. Sure, go ahead. Again, I'm promised an update. I call back around 3 after not hearing anything. They've tested cylinder 1 and 2, finding zero compression on cyli
