I thought for a long time about whether to leave a review for this place. I figured I would be less angry with the passage of time. But a month later, I am still upset about how I was treated. I made an appointment several months in advance to have some paint work done after a hit and run in a parking lot. I dropped off my car on the appointed morning. They waited until after they had already taken the car apart to let me know that it would take at least two weeks or maybe even three to complete the job. This was disappointing since I had no rental car coverage and was going to be without a car until the paint job was complete. I still don't understand why they needed so much time to complete minor paint work when I made an appointment several months in advance. After three weeks, I called for an update. They said the painters weren't happy with how it turned out and were doing the job over again. In the end, it took an entire month to get my car back, and I only got it when I did beca

I cannot recommend Port City Collison enough, my M4 encountered a hit-and-run in a parking lot and PCC handled the repairs. From the front desk to the technicians; everyone provided clear communication and handled discussions with my insurance provider. My vehicle was repaired back to spec on time and was even detailed!
