I made the horrible mistake of using this business. They are a site approved by State Farm and my suggestion is to find another body shop. They seem nice and say all the right things at first . They are inadequate in regards to mechanical/electrical work. They do NOT stand by their work. They will tell you a repair is done when it is not. My accident was 11-23-22 and I have had problems with the vehicle from the day they gave it back to me. Unaccountable and lack of integrity are at the forefront of issues. If your vehicle has mechanical/electrical damage seek services elsewhere. They are not equipped to handle those issues. Your safety is everything and they only care about the amount of money they can get from your insurance company. They are truly incapable of being honest with themselves and others. Run don’t walk .
15/10 would recommend! Had to have work done on my caddy and the job done was fantastic! Can not even tell my car was damaged. We did have issues with how picky my car was with it's light, but they did not turn me away and continued to trouble shoot until it was repaired! I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do, they will be the ones I call. Awesome job guys! Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing
STAY AWAY. We took our sons car to Parker’s after someone backed into him in a parking lot. The initial repairs were estimated at $6500. After 2 MONTHS of ongoing delays and $2000 in rental car fees, the owner kept telling us the car wasn’t ready and that he needed more money and “couldn’t we call our insurance again to ‘grease the wheels’”. The total repair came to $14,000!!!! (Which was never authorized) Insurance finally agreed to pay $10,000. The owner refused to release our vehicle unless we agreed to pay the difference and only handed over the keys after we threatened to call the police and an attorney. I will be filing complaints with the NC DOI and the Better Business Bureau Service: Body & Trim
