Oh my goodness, the people at this shop were super! They fixed my vehicle after years of being taking advantage of by other mechanics. The employees were male and female which made me comfortable and more trusting considering I'm a woman. They knew what they were talking about and advise me accordingly. They even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to sit for hours. They did a superb job with customer service and I got my car back the same day! Wonderful place! This is my first negative review, as I typically prefer to only share the positive, and I thankfully very rarely have bad experiences in general. I’m only leaving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I’ve been utilizing Meineke for 10+ years and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience and also the first time I’ve been at this location. The details of my experience are too lengthy, but it’s important to note that the owner, who identified himself as Wayne, laughed at me as I explained the issue that my car now has is not an issue it had when I brought it to them. First, I was confused. After him laughing, I became upset. I picked up my car the evening of July 13th and called them on July 14th to report the issue. I was then instructed to drive it around town for a week and see if it improved. Went out of town the following week and dropped the car off when I returned. Now being told of an accidental misplacement with pumps or something and a loose motor that was “overlooked”. The
