My son calls one night, "dad my car (2013 Subaru Crosstrek) just died." Says it stalled and would not start. They tried jump starting it, but still didn't start. Being 3 hours away, I wasn't sure what to do. I researched and the JS&J shop name kept coming up with great reviews. So I called them, they recommended a tow service and it was delivered to them the next day. They looked it over and called us. Did we recently have an oil change? Yes, at a quick lube type place, why? The air box cover was not put back on correctly and too much air was getting in. They put it back on properly and it started right up. Test drove it for a little while. Didn't charge anything for their time. What outstanding customer service. This place is amazing. I told my son, always go to JS&J for any car repairs from now on. I am a huge fan of JS&J! They give you a comprehensive list of repairs, talk you through priorities, and finish work when they say they will. I have been able to plan, budget and keep several vehicles running great for many years. Would dream of taking my Honda’s anywhere else

I’ve been going to JS & J for a couple of years now, they were recommended to me when I moved into town and I have been going to them ever since. They are unbelievably fair with their pricing, and never try to add things on to make you pay more like a lot of mechanics can do. They are a Honda specialist but have always been beyond amazing with me and my Dodge. I just went in recently to get all of my brake pads replaced and rotors refinished (which again was such a good price) and just realized a few days later that they fixed my protective front lip that had fallen and was dragging on the ground! I’ve been too lazy to get it fixed this whole time, and was utterly shocked when I noticed they did it without charging me or saying anything. I will continue going here for as long as I live in Wilmington and you should too. By far the best mechanic shop around! Thank you guys so much for everything that you do! Services: Brakes, Oil change
