Import Performance embodies everything you hope an independent repair shop will be. They truly seek to find the best and most affordable solution to an issue. I brought in a Porsche Macan with a check engine light on which needed to be resolved in order to pass inspection. The dealer had quoted nearly $5k for an engine out job, but I wanted to get a second opinion. Tallin recommended a relatively simple fix which addressed the issue and allowed me to pass inspection and save thousands of dollars. This will be my repair shop of choice for anything moving forward- highly recommend stopping by for an honest second opinion before committing to any major repairs. Due to only owning it less than a year and having an extended warranty that I purchased I wanted to make sure I brought it to the right place that would honor the warranty. Import performance diagnostic test showed my car is needing a new water pump,. We spoke about my extended warranty and the owner gave me great information and regarding to calling my extended warranty company. Within two days my vehicle was fixed with no hassles whatsoever. He also did 150,000 mile service and found an additional leak. His communication skills were great. He kept my apprised with everything that was going on. He was extremely professional and respectful. I Hope nothing further happens to my Audi, but if so I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here. .
