East Coast Euro Werks has been wonderful to work with. I was on vacation when I ran into some car troubles. They took my car the same day and kept me in the loop the entire time. My car ended up being totaled and they were kind enough to mail me my liscense plate and other needs. They are easy to talk to and very informative. If I lived in the area they would definitely be my first choice for any automotive needs!
I LOVE this place! I know my VW is in the right hands and every employee is extremely nice. I love that they invite you into the workshop to visually explain any issues and let you see behind the scenes of your car repair!
I will not go anywhere else. BEST SERVICE and the prices were reasonable. I know I didn't get over quoted or charged outrageous amounts. They did an uber for me to get back home. Rob was amazing and felt like a friend was guiding you through every step. I will nit go anywhere else for my BMW.
