I’m not a “car guy” so I always rue having to take my car in for work because I’m afraid the mechanic is going to talk down to me and possibly rip me off. This was one of the most pleasant car maintenance experiences I’ve ever had. Staff is kind and helpful and HONEST. They told me they could replace my brake pads that day, but if I waited until the next morning, it would save me $40. Will take my car there every time from now on. We arrived in Wilmington after a long drive from Vermont late at night. We noticed a bubble in one of my tires after parking and knew the tires needed replacing before the next leg of our road trip. Dannel got us in within an hour of me calling on a Friday and the team provided exceptional service and a quick turn around. We even threw in an oil change, no issue.
