They are not going to be the cheapest place to get work done but they are very thorough and comprehensive. I had heard good things and now have had them service two vehicles and they live up to thier reputation. I appreciated the communication and feel like they will be up front and I intend to return if needed in the future
Brought my car in for an issue with my lock on the driver door. After diagnosing and telling me what i needed (which was expensive) it did not fix the problem. Only then did I get the whole story. Now i need to spend more money to fix it and there was actually a cheaper solution no one had mentioned. This was referred to as a miscommunication. Not pleased that we weren't given all the information up front and allowed to make our own decision.
Have used Auto Tech in the past, but bought a new car add fell out of the habit. Well the new car is old and in need of repair, they gave me a 2nd quote and I saved $50! Great work, GREAT prices, very trustworthy. I'm back!
