Aspen Tire & Auto

Went in a few days ago to get air pressure checked on my Jeep. Yes, they added air and the service was quick, however, they failed to replace 2 of my Jeep valve stem caps that I paid pretty good money for.

I have used Aspen Tire and Auto a number of times over the years and will continue to go there. Service is always great. They are busy but give accurate quotes and excellent service. I've bought a couple sets of tires, had CV joints serviced, etc... Highly recommended.

I just left here and when I got off work last night my tire was completely shredded.. I'm not sure what happened but I ended up slowly driving on the rim to the closest air pump I could find before realizing it was shredded. I ended up at the Scotchman on current Wilshire and thankfully Aspen was right next door thankfully so this morning I slowly drove it over there after leaving my car overnight at the gas station and when I got there the man at the front told me it would definitely be a few hours because they were extremely busy and when I tell you I didn't sit in that lobby for more than 20 minutes I'm not kidding!! They also have lifetime guarantee warranties on all of their tires so if you pop or get a flat on a tire that they put on they will fix it and replace it for free for life!
