Aaron's Custom Exhaust

Made this appointment a week earlier. Showed up minutes before appointment and they was closed. Appointment time 930 but on the door and voicemail said they open at 8. Several cars came and left while I sat there for over an hour. Another customer showed up and said he had just made appointment the day before. No one ever showed up. Never got a call or anything that whole day. I called on Monday and the lady that answered said she didn't work on Saturday. She told me I could come in right then. So I did. I spoke with one of the workers about them not being open but he said he had a family emergency. Ok thats understandable but you had customers coming to your shop left and right not knowing that the shop was closed. You should get in contact with your customers if you have things to come up. That's very unprofessional and looking threw your reviews it seems like a ongoing problem. I advise you to communicate with your customers if you want to have a business. Service: Exhaust

Had an exhaust leak and called Aaron's and luckily next day had an appointment. Arrived on time and was immediately attended to. Had a flex pipe issue and 30 minutes later was repaired and on my way for a very fair price! The people here are very nice as well! Thank you Aaron's custom exhaust! Amazing people, amazing service!
