I’ve been using AAA for my 4 vehicles for many years. This time, when I made my appointment, I asked that they have the VW oil filter in stock when I come, because last time they didn’t, and I had to wait a long time. Upon the completion of my oil change and inspection, I was charged $14 more for the oil change. When I asked why, I was told AAA meeds to make a markup on the VW oil filter. How disappointing! And definitely the wrong answer!! They just lost a customer. Edit… I just put a gallon of window washer fluid in my car. They don’t even top off the fluids any longer. I guess I have to check my tire pressure too!! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
