Excellent service...patched my tire in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. It had a nail in it. I had wonderful company in the waiting lobby (two beautiful, friendly black labs Beau & Luke). Beau enjoyed playing catch with what seemed to be his favorite ball! Overall, it was a terrific experience. I'll be back whenever I need new tires :)

Don't get inspection rt after installation of a new battery, unless you want to get cursed about. Kenttrina, you should go when she's not doing inspections. Apparently another great inspection location (Brother's Tire and Auto) told me you have to drive vehicle 25 plus miles after installation of a new battery. Luckily the drive there from Quality Tire was enough to get my car inspected. All the guys at Quality are wonderful, watch out for Kenttrina.

Went to get a plug in my tire on Dec 23rd. Left to go to work and had a blowout about 15 miles away. Just thought it just would not hold a plug. Went on Dec 27th to have tire replaced and found out it was never plugged. Went back there after I had my tire replaced and the guy working basically called me a liar and I must have had another tire replaced. So I went back to other place and got the tire to prove it was the same tire and he told me he was not going to argue with me. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE !!!!
