Gold standard has fixed two different cars for me. Recently being my current car that I hit a deer with. They have been so kind and worked so well with us as we were communicating with our insurance company as well. After picking up my car, it was beautifully done and no sign of ever being wrecked. When I got my car home I noticed that the trunk would not open ( no fault of theirs )- we took the car to them today and they were kind enough to help my husband reset the battery and it works great. This saved us a trip to the Mazda dealership Charlotte and we are so grateful! I highly recommend!

Very pleased with the service I received from Gold Standard. From the minute I walked thru the door for an estimate I knew I had chosen the right place to fix my car. Not only did they do exceptional work I can't tell I ever hit a deer but they also gave me 300.00 bucks back out of my insurance check when the work was completed. Most companies would have not been honest and done that they could have easily pocketed that money and I'd have never known. Thank you so much for not only be great but also being honest. I will definitely recommend Gold Standard to anyone needing work done.

Tahoe grill replacement , front door fixed & back dent fixed. None of it was done properly so they had to come pick up and brought it back then truck is not properly installed it does not close & open properly and inside plastic parts are not assembled so it’s hanging off.. what a disappointment after 12-15k insurance check plus out of pocket.. I don’t recommend them for repairing Tahoe. Not up to my Standards at all.
