Quick Lane at Hastings Ford

The service was great. However I was unhappy and uncomfortable with this business allowing others to be inside without a mask in the midst of corona. Every store that we go into requires a mask. No mask no business should be the policy.

This is a long review. Thursday 2/23/2023 I dropped off my 2014 F150 at 7 am for oil change and tire rotation. Pick it up around 11 and drive back to work. 15 min ride to work. I go to put something in my truck a few hours later and notice a small amount of oil on the ground under my truck. I park in the same spot everyday with no oil spots. Did not think anything of it because it was near the filter where the drain pan was. Friday 2/24/2023 I drive it early in the morning and park it all day and come back out to about 12 hours later the same size oil spot under my truck. Still didn’t think anything of it. I drive home for about 20 minutes and look under it as soon as I put it in park when I got back home. The picture attached is what I see. I call trying to reach quick lane where it was serviced at.
