I hit my lil brother's car ???? in our driveway at night in the pitch dark! They fixed his car to brand new condition and you cannot even tell that I ever hit it! I didn't do any damage to my car but paint transfer! I have before but not after pics of the damage, but I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work or a paint job on their vehicle! DON'T LET THE INSURANCE COMPANY TELL YOU WHERE TO GO BECAUSE THEY GAVE YOU X AMOUNT OF MONEY! THEY WILL GET THE REST OF THE MONEY FROM THEIR ESTIMATE FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECTLY! JUST PAY THEM WHAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE YOU & ANY APPLICABLE DEDUCTIBLE UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE! I THINK MAJORITY OF THE TIME YOU PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE UPFRONT! I KNOW FOR SURE WHAT THE INSURANCE GAVE YOU, YOU PAY THAT UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR VEHICLE!!! EXCELLENT WORK THEY DO, AND CAN'T TELL THE VEHICLE WAS EVER DAMAGED!!!

I had a windshield replaced by Quality Collision Repair East on 11/1/21. The folks I dealt with were friendly and communicated very well throughout the whole process. They even washed my truck, rims and all. The dealership won’t even vacuum my floor boards when I get it serviced. The level of service here is something that is missed around town.

Excellent work. Had to wait 3 months for repair because they were so backed up but it was worth the wait. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
