Had the pleasure of going here earlier this week and yes it was a pleasure. Was treated like a lady, spoken to nicely, given water and had doors held open for me by the employees. To make it even better they found nothing wrong with my car. Would not hesitate to go back there in the future.

I took my car to get my rotors replaced because I knew that is what needed to be done because what my car was doing I have experienced more than once before and I explained to them what was going on and they said they would test drive it just to be sure. Well I received a phone call saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and i came to the conclusion of 1. They didn’t test drive it at all 2. They didn’t test drive it like I told them to or 3. They didn’t want to put in the labor to change my rotors. Well as soon as I picked up my car I went to go see if it was still doing what it was doing and of course it was. So I took my car up to charlotte and went to a triple a location to have them look at it and guess what ? It was my rotors just like I had told them but they didn’t want to listen to me… anything beyond an oil change and tire rotation they are iffy about and I proved my point to not only myself but to others as well.

I went for an oil change. Requested a full synthetic oil and service. They changed it and I was charged for the entire service. I usually keep very good control on the car. I checked the oil 15 days later and to my surprise it was not full, it was actually low. Went to talk to them and tried to understand why would it be like, and they blamed it on the make and model. No professional mechanic I have a good friendship with could explain this. Not even if there were a leakage it should be that low. They added oil again, and to my surprise today, it hasn't been filled up. Definitely I would not recommend them to no one, it is a rip off. And my suggestion is that before you leave check they have filled your engine with oil.
