Don’t go here, they tell you lies about when your car will be ready and what place your in. The quote for two bulbs and an hour of labor was $390.00… the bulbs cost was $62.00 at auto zone and it took me 5 minutes. Dropped my car off at 11am was told it was going to be done at 2pm. I was told that my car would be next into the bay. I arrived just before 3pm, my car never moved an inch from where I parked it. So either I was lied to or this location didn’t work on any vehicles for four hours… honestly the entire staff should be fired as well as the manager.

2020 This is how they “fixed” my window, with tape and a wooden wedge??? They were also going to charge me a total of $400 to fix the regulator/motor. Got it fixed at less than half the price elsewhere. Sad service. 2023 Went there today with a flat tire one hour before they closed. They were able to fix it and get me back on the road within the hour.

I was in Greenville NC on business when my car went into limp mode. I had a reasonable suspicion that meant I needed new spark plugs, ignition coil or both but didn't have a trusted car repair place outside my hometown. Fortunately, someone recommended to go to Pugh's. I believe they have three locations in Greenville. The first location I went to was totally booked up but instead of leaving me with no options, Eric (I believe that was his name but not sure) very kindly called their other locations to see if they could work me in. The second location said they could do it. There, Jimmy took great care of me, securing the parts and getting me back on the road quickly at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pugh's and left there saying that I hated my car disrupted my busy day that at least now I know a great car repair place in Greenville in case something ever happens again. Go with them.
