These people are so incompetent, they just want your money and good lock trying to find a manager after your service is done. I found so many mistakes on my car. Trash in the paint, orange piel and Compound residue all over the molding and door jams of the car. They said the car would be ready in 3 weeks and it took 4. Service: Painting
TERRIBLE! Ryan Morgan reviewed damage to my Jeep > a month ago. Took no notes/photos. Said he would email me the quote. After 4 follow up calls still no quote. If they don't want the business why don't the just TELL ME THAT instead of breaking promises and wasting time?
I picked up my beloved Mazda CX-5 today, and am really pleased with the perfection of the repair work and painting by Phoenix. They took care of everything from my estimate to scheduling the work to coordinating with my insurance company. Madison kept me updated and they finished the work quickly. Very professional, very clean shop; highly detailed explanation of all work and costs.
