Do not take your car here. Can not be trusted. Took my daughter's car here, they said car needs brakes, rotors, battery, valve cover gasket. If you know that it is more important for us to get the valve cover gasket and we are on a budget, then you should suggest that we get the most important repairs done first. Nope, not what they did. They said we had time to get the gasket fixed, I am not a mechanic, so I took their word for it. I got the brakes, rotors and oil change, which was almost 600$. Also, was my rent money. Then the next week, engine is gone. Blown head gasket. All I am saying is that if you know that this could happen, then tell the customer so they will know to get that done first, not charge for something that could have waited. So now we have no car and a car payment. Also, mechanic said that some of the things wrong with the car had to happen before car was purchased in February. He said some other things as well. Best shop in Greensboro. :) I’m always in and out with a short wait time and they’re very honest, thorough, and reliable within their craft. I wish I would’ve gotten the manager’s name so I could shout her out personally but she was so helpful and you can tell she actually cares and works hard. That’s hard to find sometimes! I’ve been going to this location since I first moved to NC. They are always very nice and explain everything thoroughly. I’ve had to take my car to a couple of different Mr. Tire locations before and this one has always been the best by far!
