The manager was thirty minutes late and was not apologetic about her tardiness. Her disposition was one of apathy. I also had to call to ensure my vehicle was finished. I usually really like this location but I’m not a fan of the female manager or whatever her position is.
I went there on a Friday after work. Made an appointment for Sat. morning. I showed up and they fixed my exhaust system in no time. They gave me a couple of options and I picked one. It was completed in a professional manner and I was on yhe road in a short period of time. The woman at the desk (Stacy) was very nice and professional. All in all I had a great experience. I am glad to fill this review out. Many people only say something when there is a problem. I wanted to something when there was no problem. Thank you! Service: Auto exhaust system repair
Great experience. I always take my car to Meineke. Very very nice people. My car is always taken care of. Prices very reasonable. They know what they're doing.
