Great shop! Would trust them with anything. They got me out of a tight jam when Costco claimed they couldn’t take my wheels off for a tire change… not once but twice! If I hadn’t already paid Costco, I would’ve had Meineke do it instead. I’ll be back for future service for sure.

A few days ago, I had some car maintenance work done at a Toyota dealership. The dealership said I badly needed exhaust system maintenance and, as they are not equipped to do the work, I should go to a shop that specializes in exhaust system maintenance. The dealership estimated my cost for this work could be close to $1700. Meineke examined my Toyota and said it needed just a smaller portion of the exhaust system replaced at a cost of only $145. I thank the people at Meineke for their mechanical skill and their honesty. They could have said I needed repair costing $800 or $1500. Thank goodness they are honest.

I've been going here for years and never had a problem until recently. I had scheduled an oil change and my appointment time was 12 PM. I arrived at 11:26 and at 12:30 my car was still sitting where I parked it. I went in to ask the lady about it and she said it should have been taken back. She went to the back and came back to say the guy will get it as soon as he put oil in another car. Long story short I was there 2 hours just for an oil change with no explanations. The lady did apologize at the end and said it's hard to keep the mechanics focused. I was very disappointed in the service. Service: Oil change
