The good: Gary is very professional. I found him to be easy to talk with, which stands in contrast to many other auto paint and body shops. He did good work on my vehicle. Even when I decided to change plans and pull my car from his shop, he continued to be kind and he went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle ready to go. He was professional, even when I questioned him about certain things. The bad: The process did not go according to the plan Gary initially laid out, and I was disappointed he failed to contact me when things changed on his end. A key reason I selected Maverick is because his plan was to strip down all the layers of paint, to better see the condition of the body panels, and then he would call me in for a meeting to discuss the full plan and price. This approach made a lot of sense to me. I prepaid for the initial strip down. Then I checked in weekly (I physically visited), and after 4 weeks I finally got him to setup the promised meeting. Gary does great work down on spring garden. The work is good and the price is honest. He is a small operation so if he cant take your call he will call you back. He has painted my truck and at least 3 others and I have seen nothing but good work.
