I can't say enough good things about the service I received at Foreign Accents. I called around to about 5 other auto repair and tire shops trying to find someplace that would fix the slow leak in one of my tires of my Tesla Model Y and none would accommodate me. The service department at Foreign Accents told me they'd be happy to help. Not only were they friendly and professional, they were FAST. They had my tired plugged and repaired in under 30 minutes AND it was super affordable. Seriously, these people deserve your business when it comes to repairing your car. I’ve been a client of Foreign Accents for years, 15+. I’ve had many cars serviced there, purchased multiple cars from them and always had a very positive experiences. I never expected it to be cheap but I valued their honesty and the quality of the work. Recently I brought my car in for an obvious steering pump issue. The receptionist John was pleasant, and after having the car for 3.5 hours he called to inform me that it was in-fact the steering pump and it was going to cost $600 and change, parts and labor, to replace. Again, not cheap and pretty much dealership prices but I trusted it would be done right so I agreed. After running behind I called over the phone to pay so they wouldn’t have to stay late or wait for me to get there before they closed. At this point I was informed that actually it was going to be $822.90. Apparently there were several other charges I had not been made aware of prior to authorizing the repairs.
