The manager put 2 new tires on when I never asked for them. He told me he wouldn't take them off and I could finance them.... um no sir. Very rude, trying to make me pay for something I never asked for.
Somebody tell Mike that you do indeed do out of state inspections! He literally turned me away and told me that my needs would be better suited somewhere else because out of state inspections just don’t really work there. Huh?! I am here temporarily, and all I need is a passing emissions test in the area where I currently am to submit to my state for exemption so I could re register my car. I called another firestone, just down the street and they said the exact opposite! All locations do them. Thanks for the help Mike!
These guys have always been honest with me and do good work. They get most work done same day too.
