The only reason I even gave them 1 star is because it left no option to leave no stars. I purchased a 2013 BMW on August 24th 2022. Did not even get a mile from the lot the check engine light popped on, brake light, oil light and another light that looked like a gear. The car had to be towed to the BMW dealer on Independence drive. The service department stated that the car had over 16K worth of work that needed to be done to the car. They claimed they were going to fix my car and have done nothing. I ran into one of their mechanics at Outback off of University and he told me that they knew the BMW was trash when they sold it to me and if they don't make it right take them to court. For months they lied talking about they were going to fix my car and they didnt. I contacted the BBB and they refused to respond to them.
