Nissan Service

Did not have an issue this time. I think this may be the first time since owning my vehicle that I haven't been harassed to pay for other services. Had an issue with vibration in motor. They diagnosed the problem, said the part would not be in until the next day. Made an appointment, vehicle was repaired. Because the issue caused a horrible smell, they replaced the air filters. I was expecting to have to pay for the filters, but was not charged for it. I probably could have gotten it repaired for cheaper, but prefer to stay with one place should anything go wrong, I know only one business has worked on my vehicle. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a wonderful experience at Gastonia Nissan. I was helped by Kelsey in a timely manner. I was able to relax in the waiting area. I was also provided a video of my car repair, and a tech recommended future services to me.

Excellent service experience! Will and Tyler are the managers and they did an amazing job of making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly!
