They abide by the Covid rules. Have most any part needed or can get within a day or so due to warehouse being in Charlotte on Wilkinson Blvd. There's also a store at the warehouse if you need the part asap and can pickup call first to ensure its there (or check the website). I always do the research ahead of time to ensure I get the part I want as they have several variations of the same part from cheap import to lifetime warranty for the same item.
Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't think I would ever get out of there because one of them kept talking. ???? Store could use some updates and parking is limited.
Wrong part was given, plus nasty attitude from the guy at the counter directed at the fella ahead of me and at myself when it was finally my turn. Go to KM location instead, this place is unprofessional.
