Meineke Car Care Center

This is the second time within 3 months that I needed emergency service and to get back on the road asap. So many times when something goes wrong with your vehicle you have to get the parts, find a mechanic, and maybe wait for weeks to actually get service. Every single time I've gotten the part and service done the same day which is very convenient. The receptionist Ashley Hale was very helpful and patient. Also, Eddie Odom the store manager worked with me with the price and didn't over charge like most places. I highly recommend if you're having car trouble and need great service and reasonable pricing bring your vehicle here they'll get you in and out.

I am a female. Taking my car to get work done is a nightmare. I hate doing it. I was pleasantly surprised by Meineke. I had a concern and the tech actually lifted the car and brought me out to show me what he was talking about as he was talking. No added pressure to do more than needed, no bull. Just what my car needed. And it's close to work, so extra bonus there. Will return for future need.

I went here for an oil change. With me being a female it always makes me nervous getting my car worked on, I always think I'm going to be taken advantage of. Tyler went above and beyond and made sure to put my mind at ease. Anytime I need my car worked on, I will be sure to use Meineke especially this location, or wherever Tyler may be? His customer service skills are definitely on point, that alone is so hard to find now days. You can tell he cares about making customers happy and doing the right thing, he takes his job very seriously.
