First time I had NC State Inspection with no wait! Across the street from the DMV offices at East Ridge Mall. Quick. Clean. Convenient location.
This business is professional, reliable and honest. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Import Auto Tech. Nick and Anthony are great to explain what needs to be done and why. I recently had them replace an oil filter housing, valve cover and the motor to my windshield washer pump. Their prices were reasonable. I compared like I always do. Anthony is a great communicator and is the first face you see coming in the door. As a female getting my car repaired in the past I have been talked down to by others, not here. I plan to keep taking my Audi to them for years to come.
