Carolina's Auto

I have taken quite a few of my cars there,and I have treated with respect and the service has been great. My cars has been diagnosed with what the right problem was,not given the run around. The oil changes have been done at a good price,and I recommend them all the time to family and friends.

I have brought my Dodge Cummins my Ford F-350 7.3 my Mustang GT. Most importantly I bring my daughter and son car to this shop because of the trust that I have in there abilities to do the job right. It’s a family run business it’s also another thing that I admire of them. Very honest people and very reliable. I would recommend them ???? for sure!!

My daughter was in a collision in her car, and when all the other body shops in the area were booked solid our insurance company recommended Carolina's Auto. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and customer focused. The same day we picked up my daughter's car, she was in a hit and run collision in MY CAR! After we had such a great experience with Carolina's Auto, we told the other driver's insurance company we wanted the work with them once again. Now, keep in mind, the following is not a negative reflection in any way regarding Carolina's Auto. First, due to supply chain issues parts delayed the body work completion - but Sierra with CA was very upfront and provided timely updates and timelines based on what was available to her. When the body work was done, the car looked great! My wife and Sierra took it for a test drive, put gas in the car, but the fuel gauge was showing empty and the check engine light was throwing codes. It appeared that there was more to be fixed
