X pert Automotive Repair

So I went to buy a vehicle from Andre for a $1000.00. Ran ok but before i could get it off the lot it broke down. Andre told me he could fix it and well 1800.00 and five 1/2 months later my brand new battery was supposedly stolen and still no vehicle. So now i put a complaint on them and there refusing to service my vehicle. So now i have to spend more $ and get it towed to a different shop. Do not use this mechanic unless you want poor comunication, more money taken, and possibly not have your vehicle fixed. Best case Andre is a rip off artist that knows very little on how to fix your vehicle!! Bottom line Andre is a shade tree mechanic that ripps people off!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience! Had my vehicle since early Jan and today i had to tow it away INCOMPLETE. Lack of communication which I addressed in hopes that communication would better-NOPE. Horrible prioritizing of customers, poor time management and inability to know when a job is beyond his scope-which I also questioned, but was reassured he knew what to do. Sooo many missed deadlines for completion. He had no regard for the fact that I need my vehicle. TODAY, I had to tow away from his establishment bc its STILL not fixed. HORRIBLE.

Andre had my car for 2 weeks free from interruptions from me anyway. I was told would complete on Wednesday. Great for me as I told him I was headed to serve a client in NY for a while. Leaving Friday early. I call to arrange pick up or delivery to be told not sure when Andre would be in nor when he could finish my last item the muffler. This is on Friday morning, the day I am to wrap many things up in the early A.M. to head north no later than 1 P. M. I had even hired a driver which was on a set time schedule. Andre and his assistant brought my car to me at 3:30 P.M. skip to my current issue... Andre has the muffler on backwards (like section B the connected section A, plus no tight connecting clamps or pins, etc.) it is hanging lower that my other that did not require changing and I've called Andre everyday this week started on Monday until today Thursday. I've text, called spoke with assistant on Wednesday ask to have Andre call me and I still have no call back or any replies. I gue
