Scotts Body Shop

On Saturday morning I was desperate to find help to close the window of my vehicle that could not wind up. It was stuck all the way to the bottom. I was told by someone at an auto shop that the motor of the door probably had stopped working. I checked several body shops but most were closed and unavailable. Fortunately I called Scotts Body Shop and received an answer by a welcoming voice. I related the problem I was experiencing. I was reassured that someone would check the vehicle. When I arrived at the shop Scott recognized that I was person with whom he spoke on the phone. Surprisingly, he left everything he was doing, dismantled the door of my SUV and within 20 minutes my window was fixed. Another surprise is that he did this as a kind favor, refusing my offer to pay him for his services. Such excellent and compassionate service warrants this review that Scotts Body Shop is the place to go for guaranteed customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this body shop!!

If I could give Scott 12 stars I would!! I am very impressed with his work, his demeanor, his professionalism, his prices, his turn around time, everything!! Wow is all I can say. I had a small accident with my 2017 Jeep Compass and was devastated. I hit it with a dumpster that decided to jump behind it. I was heartbroken. I told my husband I wasn’t going to do an insurance claim I’d just pay out of pocket. The first place I went to C—- Co—ission quoted me between “$2500 and $5000.00” for repairs. I almost fainted. They had done work on my mustang when it was keyed but that was an insurance claim so I don’t know what the insurance company was charged. After talking to some friends I decided to shop around. Enter google reviews. The first place I went was Scott. I was impressed by him immediately. He took a look at my Jeep, told me when he could do it, quoted me a reasonable price and I agreed.
