Redline Tire & Auto

Had a tire install appt on 05/04/2023 at 9:30. Tires were delivered and ready. I sat for 3 hrs before my truck was touched after asking for updates while waiting. The female at the front insisted that they were just really busy and can’t get to it yet. Why does a business schedule appts if you are not close to being able to take care of a customer’s request. I left at 2:30 pm. Tires were eventually installed. The next day on the 5th, I had what felt like a misfiring motor. I decided to give a diagnostic appt a try after reading reviews and giving this place one more go. I had my truck towed to Redline after calling them to ask if they could diagnose it for me. Sure, we can take care of it. Towed my truck there and I called occasionally to with no update and was told they are busy. I called the 6th day and the female receptionist told me that they were pulling it in this afternoon. Ok, some progress is happening. Call back on the 8th day and was told they are busy and have not had time
