Precision Tune Auto Care

Went in for an alignment after I installed a new rack and pinion, inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower rear trailing arms and a panhard correction kit. The car hasn't been in better condition in years of getting alignments done elsewhere no problem. The service advisor said I needed a 4 wheel alignment. To adjust the castor.... Of my solid rear axle...the tech next to him said they adjust the pinion angle as well...My 4runner has a double cardon joint so I don't know why he even said that to try and back him up? said they don't do free alignment checks as of last week Until I showed him on their website that they do until Dec 31st 2023 and he even wanted to go back and forth about that as well. At this point it's clear I'm onto them so they break and give me the free check and give me the coupon price evaluation. They finally come to me after 40 minutes saying I need new upper control arms (I do need new ones, but I just want to drive in a straight line so that has nothing to do

Please do not go here my girlfriend went for just an oil changed and right after she left her ac stopped working. It works up to 3 but when at high speed for it no longer works and cuts completely off. A gentleman posted about them messing with his on face book and I have also heard from others as well about their experiences at this particular site. No good you go to get your car fix and they mess up things to get you to come back or just don’t know what they are doing

Didn't like the service. I went to get a diagnostic that took 3 days and I had to keep calling them everyday they gave me maybe 2 updates. Then when they did call they said $3500 and that my car wasn't gonna be ready until Monday after my car was there for 3 day Wednesday to Saturday until I asked him his name then he called back and said my car was ready and still charged me $388 which they should have discounted .
