Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Had an appointment booked online yesterday, the gentleman claimed that the online appointments don’t deconflict with their in house scheduling system and said it would be a while. I rescheduled to the following day in the morning and was told there wouldn’t be a long wait since it was a morning appointment. When I showed up for my morning appointment I was told it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait. Lack of transparency on scheduling and giving customers long wait times even when customers have appointments scheduled have caused me to take my business elsewhere. If they are short staffed, they should schedule according to their ability to meet customer needs or be transparent with the customers when they schedule about wait times prior to arrival. I might have arranged to have someone pick me up so I could drop off.

Just left there and they did a great job! Very friendly gentlemen that care about people and quality work and our safety. Will be returning for my vehicle needs from now on

Got a hole in one of my worn-out tires, decided to have them all replaced. Service was fast and good. Watched half of Iron Man in the lobby. 5 stars.
