Customer service was outstanding. Keith, Mark, and Kate were so patient with the hours on phone with car shield reps. I would use Harrell’s again and recommend to others. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. I went to 3 different places that day before I called Harrell's and was turned away. Harrell's is very professional with smiles on their faces, that's what I like. Very family oriented and very affordable for our pockets and they explain your car issues in a way you can understand. I was stressed that both our cars were down and they put us back on the road quickly. These people actually care and I'm so thankful for their time and patience with my car and my little toddler. These guys are awesome and honest. My 19 year old daughter took her BMW in to get serviced because she had some lights on her dash. Of course she didn’t tell them she was 1,000 miles over on an oil change. I got there 15 minutes before closing and found out she didn’t tell them. They had already did maintenance and put new brake pads and rotors on but the manager said give us 15 minutes and we will have her oil changed. And they did. Great shop and everyone is super nice.
