Absolutely wonderful! I appreciated the daily update on the progress of my repair and was notified of any issues via phone call. They were fast, efficient and very friendly! Should I need any auto repairs in the future I will definitely be coming back to the Bragg Blvd location!

I give this facility 0 stars, I dropped my truck off 3 weeks ago, a week later I dropped off the first check from the insurance company and was told my vehicle was in the disassembly process when I could clearly see it in the side lot untouched. A week later I called for a status update at 930 am and was told let me check and I will call you back. At 1:30 I called back and was informed my vehicle had been transferred to someone new and he was finishing my supplement and he would call me back within the hour. At 4 pm I called again and was finally given an update on my vehicle and was told it would be completed by today. I left work early today and arrived to pick up up my vehicle. It was not until then that I was informed that parts were on back order and my vehicle is not ready. I was then told that it is not their fault and it was my insurance companys fault even though I was told by them it would be complete. The entire staff is rude, did not verify they have the correct information
