Anna at the front desk is beyond rude. She hung up on me after 35 minute wait, did not apologize. She also kept lying about where my part was at. She also was very disrespectful and very unprofessional! She needs a customer service etiquette class. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Unprofessional service. Scratched up my rims and couldn’t accommodate me for the unintentional mistake done. Yes it’s unintentional but lacked professionalism when it came to handling the issue at hand. To add to this came in at 9am for tires swap on 4 tires. It took one guy 3 hours to swap out 4 tires. Very slow work rate.
Just get my car taken car of at a very great price compared to some places that I already went to. I'd give you even 6 stars. Thanks so much. I recommend it to everyone!!!
