I asked them to replace my alternator, they said they would do it for $634 they hold the vehicle for an hour then come back to tell me it will be more work than expected and they will have to charge me $1100 I said I will not pay this we agreed and I signed to have it replaced for $634 I don't want anything else done they then tell me that they will not release my vehicle back to me , until I pay for the hour of work that they did $190. I called the police department and this is a frequent situation and I have no option but to pay the money and then file a civil suit against them. However a lawyer would cost more than the $190. It's a scam and they will price gouge you.

Highly recommend Bruno’s, customer service is awesome, super polite people, professional and honest. Great work ethic from the mechanics; came in today for an oil change, and it was done promptly and efficiently, fair prices, I will be coming back.
