Black's Tire & Auto Service

I started coming to Black's Tire and Auto a couple years back. I trust their expertise in this field. If they feel it will be a long wait, they don't just have me wait it out wondering how much longer, they let me know and I then make my decision to make an appointment or come again another time. Like I said I trust them with my cars. They have awesome personalities, especially having to deal with all the multiple personalities they have to come in contact daily. I highly recommend Blacks Tire!!

Service that never fails - This is literally the only auto service place (particularly this location) that I have chosen to care for my vehicle for about 8 years. Not just because of comfort, but because of the genuine environment. I moved from Fayetteville to Florida (9+ hours away), and chose this location to service my vehicle. I now live almost two hours away and I still choose this location because they are the best!! If you want quality attention on your vehicle, honest customer service and expert advice, you definitely need to check them out. I like the people that work there and the environment is as comfortable as can be for the type of business it is. I like how they are able to explain things so I understand. They are not pushy and trying to sell things your car doesn't need. They actually found an error, and fixed it, on my brakes after being replaced by a dealership. My only complaint is about time. It always seems to take longer to do a job than what they say, even for an oil change. However, that seems to be anywhere you go. The location on Owen is the one I trust and plan to continue using as needed. A big thanks to all those that work there!
