Customer service is fantastic because they explain everything to you before it's done and after it's done I just have to take my car back to get two tires on it to resolve my problem other than that I was satisfied I appreciate the hospitality they have in there I will refer black tires services any day appreciate you guys

I bought my tires at Blacks tires less than a year ago. I paid 800$ plus and I bought road hazard. When I had my car towed in due to my passenger tires popping. I was then told I bought the economy tires and they had no wear warranty. I was told when I bought them they had wear warranty on them. Especially since they were over 800$ And since I had gone off the edge of the road I was told it was considered an accident and my road hazard wouldn’t cover it. What is road hazard for then? I told them to put the cheapest tires on so I could leave and I wouldn’t be back!!! I plan on telling everyone I know not to go to Blacks tires on Skibo!!!! I was truly disappointed and angry by this visit!!! If I could give a no star review I would but since I can’t.

In April of 2023, my wife was planning a trip on old tires, so I ordered a set of Goodyear tires for her 2020 Blazer online. When prompted for a location to have them delivered, all that was available were the various Black's Tires in the Fay area, and only the one on Skibo would actually accept the reservation on the website. In retrospect, that was a Godsend. Goodyear reported to me that the tires were in-stock and would be at the installer by the Saturday that I'd scheduled. As you may have guessed, that wasn't the case. When my son and I showed up, only two had been delivered. As her trip was coming up in a few weeks, I went ahead and had two put on. The rep at the Black's desk (I apologize for not having the names), tried to call Goodyear, but as it was a weekend, no help. This began the odessey. He tried to call again on the following Monday and was told that Goodyear was "working" it. He would call occasionally to let me know he'd not forgotten my situation and was still awaiti
