So to try and keep a long story short I had my transmission fail so I removed and installed a used one I pulled from a junk yard. After installing it I had a horrific time getting brand new after market CV axles to mate into the transmission. So researching I tried another pair but different brand. Still no luck. Ended up rebuilding old CV axles and still no luck. That's when I met Tuffy. Monster of a man but one of the most genuine and a true man of his word. He tackled this dilemma for me and got me squared away. We need more men like Tuffy in our world today. His wife Kristine at the counter is as sweet as they come. Shop guys were super polite and respectful. Victory Auto Repair is a last of a dying breed. Tuffy I can't thank you and your team enough for all that yall do and the manner that you do it in!!! Quite fake reviews. I went in for coolant leak and engine light. They said they would have to charge me $250 just to diagnose. I asked if it was reimbursed later with the repair, but they said no. There's no sign board where is the store, I had to wait around outside and no one bothered to ask me. They don't have vehicle lifting equipment. Really didn't have any sort of good experience. The wait, and the price, really shows what kind of garage this is. I don't know who these other people are leaving reviews here.

Great, personable customer service and communication throughout the whole experience! They are also great about quoting pricing for parts and labor up front, and they made some recommendations for additional repairs to my vehicle but didn't just change anything without consent. I would definitely recommend this place, and I'll 100% be back next time my car needs repairs.
