Great customer service and great work! My car was fixed in record time and rides smoother than ever.

Went for new tires, they snuck a $124 charge on the bill for a “lifetime install package” which is supposed to include lifetime tire repair. They did not ask me upfront. Run over a screw a couple months later, take it in for repair, and am told the screw is too close to the sidewall to repair and that I’ll have to buy a new tire. If that’s the case, then there is at most a 2.5” wide strip in the center of the tire that is repairable and the “lifetime tire repair” is almost worthless. This could have definitely been patched, they just won’t take any responsibility. If you go here, I’d suggest not signing up for any of their packages or plans. But don’t worry they’ll sign you up anyways without you knowing and then just weasel out of any responsibility.

Avoid this place at all costs. Cornell is extremely unprofessional. I called today regarding my dissatisfaction with the services I received (to avoid doing a google review) and the lovely man hung up in my face. Would not recommend this shop to anyone!!
